GROVE TOWNSHIP HALL – RESPONSIBILITIES
In an effort to maintain this public facility so that everyone can enjoy its use, as well as being very proud of it, we ask that all Users accept responsibilities as follows:
- Clean all vinyl floors, including restrooms
- Vacuum carpeted area
- Empty all trash, take all your trash with you and dispose of it properly
- Place new trash bags in trash containers
- Leave tables and chairs per diagram
- All table tops, counter tops clean and dry
- All sinks, including kitchen and restroom sinks clean and dry
- Check all toilets to be left clean and flushed
- Upon leaving the building, bathroom doors should be left open for heating/air condition circulation
- Kitchen stove and microwave, all burners, oven and surfaces clean and dry
- Refrigerator clean inside and outside – no food left inside
- Always check all Exit and No Exit doors, making certain that they are secure
- Make sure all windows are closed and locked
- All ceiling fans off
- All lights (except outside lights with automatic/electric eye) should be off
- Front door left secure
